By accessing or using NerveMind CGOS (“CGOS”), an enterprise AI governance control layer developed and operated by KeyMatrix Solutions, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Service
NerveMind CGOS is an enterprise AI governance control layer that intercepts AI execution requests, enforces human authorization, evaluates risk, and generates auditable records before compute execution.
The platform is designed for integration across:
- Enterprise AI systems
- Machine learning and large language model deployments
- High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments
- Quantum-ready compute infrastructures
All associated services, APIs, infrastructure components, and governance modules are collectively referred to as the “Platform”.
3. License and Permitted Use
Access to NerveMind CGOS is granted as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. No ownership rights are transferred.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or decompile platform components
- Replicate governance architecture or enforcement mechanisms
- Extract or reconstruct proprietary datasets or model logic
- Use the Platform to develop competing governance infrastructure
4. Governance Responsibility
Users are responsible for configuring governance rules, authorization thresholds, and risk parameters in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
KeyMatrix Solutions does not assume responsibility for improperly configured governance policies or decisions made by users.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use NerveMind CGOS:
- For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- To bypass governance enforcement controls
- To intentionally override authorization safeguards
- To conduct system stress attacks or overload infrastructure
6. AI System Limitations
NerveMind CGOS evaluates AI execution requests using configurable governance logic. Risk scoring, authorization flows, and enforcement outcomes depend on system configuration.
The Platform does not guarantee regulatory compliance without proper deployment and oversight.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform architecture, enforcement frameworks, algorithms, documentation, branding, and related technologies are proprietary intellectual property of KeyMatrix Solutions.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
8. Enterprise and API Usage
Enterprise customers may be subject to separate agreements, service-level commitments, and implementation contracts.
Unauthorized API access or infrastructure abuse may result in immediate suspension.
9. Privacy and Data Handling
Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. Governance logs and audit records may contain operational metadata depending on deployment configuration.
10. Service Availability
We strive for operational continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Platform features may be modified, updated, or discontinued at our discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeyMatrix Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
12. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeyMatrix Solutions from claims arising from misuse, misconfiguration, or unauthorized deployment of the Platform.
14. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated at our discretion for violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
